Your Privacy Choices

Rights for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of its sale or sharing. Here's what that means in practice:

We don't sell your personal information

We have not sold and do not sell personal information to third parties, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only places your information goes are the service providers described in our Privacy Policy that help us actually run the service (like our voice AI and hosting providers) — never for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights

  • Right to Know — what personal information we've collected, used, and disclosed about you, and why.
  • Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to Correct — request that we fix inaccurate personal information about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out — of the sale or sharing of your personal information (again, we don't do this today, but you can still register the request).
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we won't deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service for exercising any of these rights.

Submit a request

Fill out the form below. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity — most commonly by confirming details via the email address you provide — before completing an access or deletion request. You can also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; note that in your request details.
