Accessibility Statement

We want Convervo to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology like screen readers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.

Our approach

We build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target, using accessible component primitives, semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable interactive elements, and sufficient color contrast (including a dedicated dark theme). This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time certification — we review and improve it as the product grows.

A note on voice conversations

The core product is a voice interface, which is itself an accessibility feature for people who find phone/voice interaction easier than typing or navigating a traditional web form — but we recognize a purely voice-based flow isn't accessible to everyone (for example, callers who are Deaf or hard of hearing), and we encourage businesses using the platform to offer an alternative contact method alongside their AI assistant.

Known limitations

We haven't yet completed a full third-party accessibility audit. If you encounter a barrier using the site or dashboard, please tell us — see below.
